Warranty Information:
Our products are covered by a warranty to protect you against manufacturing defects and faults. The warranty period and terms vary depending on the type of product. Below are the key points of our warranty, in compliance with UK law:
Duration of Warranty:
The warranty period for parts and labour is 12 months, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty period for parts is 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.

Scope of Warranty:
The warranty covers both parts and labour for a period of 12 months, and parts for 24 months.
Excluded from the warranty are items we consider to be consumables, such as fluids, nozzle tips, etc.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that arise during normal use of the product.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Returning Defective Products:
